TAB Boards meet once a month for four hours. Meetings are at the same time each month in various members places of business. Each member is expected to complete a Monthly Progress Report which you share with the group.
The Board meeting is a safe place to bring any business issue that's important to you. Members and facilitators are committed to helping one another. They offer advice and brainstorming, ask questions, share experiences and provide new perspectives. The interaction among Board members is always lively, supportive and thought-provoking. The report includes 9 key business metrics and serves three primary purposes:
You'll leave the meeting with new ideas, greater clarity and more confidence in your ability to reach your business goals and achieve your personal vision. We invite you to see for yourself. If you're interested in attending an upcoming Board meeting please contact us. |
TAB challenges you…everyone needs to be challenged in their position. It forces me to think, helps to clarify where you are, where you are headed and how you're going to get there. It helps members clearly see our business obstacles and guides us in preparing our roadmap to success. It's amazing - when you get 7 or 8 people together the ideas that come up and how one idea triggers the other..and, how easy it is for someone else to see where you are missing the mark. It’s been 10 Good Years, I am Looking Forward to Many More."
