The Alternative Board provides straight talk and no BS as well as a network of support and resources such as HR, IT, web development, M&A and more. The monthly coaching time with my facilitator is a very important opportunity to talk, strategize, and work on my plans.

TAB is there when you need them. Serious events happen and they're just a phone call away. The friendship and comradeship between members adds to the nice atmosphere. We learn from, help, and challenge each other, and while doing that we have fun.
