Bob French, CMC, Chief Executive, TAB San Mateo CountyBob is a Certified Management Consultant with 35 years of senior business experience. For the past fifteen years he has been working with CEO's and business owners of mid size and small companies on sales & marketing initiatives to deliver growth solutions.
Bob spent 20 years with FORTUNE 500 companies in various sales, marketing and business management positions. Ten of those years were with Xerox Corporation in the company’s U.S. Systems Division where he served in several management roles. As Director, Major Account Sales & Marketing selling to the FORTUNE 500 he led his business unit from $12MM to over $100MM annually.
After Xerox, Bob became CEO and Tour Commissioner of the World Professional Squash Association. During his 10-year tenure he built the World Pro Tour from start up to over 35 events a year throughout North America. During this time he led initiatives and sold programs and packages to over one hundred FORTUNE 500 companies.
Bob has been the TABsmc franchise owner since 2003 and consistently ranks in the top 10% in the TAB world wide system. As the TAB Facilitator he has worked with over 100 companies in San Mateo County to develop and implement their winning strategies through business, marketing and sales planning.
He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and has won national and world championships in squash, tennis and table tennis. Bob has served on the Board of Directors of the Institute of Management Consultants IMC, as well as on a number of national TAB councils and committees.
He resides in Millbrae, CA with his wife Regina and his two daughters, April 14 and Emily 10.
Paul Konasewich, MBA, Vice President of Client ServicesPaul is a seasoned executive with 20 years of business experience in high tech, professional services, and social benefit companies.
Paul was a Group Program Manager at Microsoft in the ‘90s, driving R&D projects for Microsoft Excel, Encarta.com, and the Tablet PC. He also had several stints overseeing market research activities for Microsoft in Asia, and is fluent in Japanese.
After Microsoft, Paul founded a professional services company to provide business strategy and leadership development support to a variety of local businesses and nonprofit organizations.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Washington, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, where he focused in the areas of competitive strategy and mergers and acquisitions.
Paul is active in the community, regularly volunteering with local nonprofits such as Habitat for Humanity and At the Crossroads. He is also a past president of the Bay Area Organization Development Network.
Dale Radcliff, CMC, Certified TAB FacilitatorDale is a Certified Management Consultant with over 30 years of business experience in both large company settings and entrepreneurial middle market companies.
Over a fifteen year career at Bank of America, from 1975 thru 1989, he has held numerous management positions including Vice President, Strategic & Market Planning and, as a Vice President selling both to middle market and large corporate banking customers in the bank's commercial banking divisions. In addition, for five years he was Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of the bank's operations and technology division overseeing a $600MM budget.
After leaving BofA, Dale was the CFO of three consecutive $20MM+ companies, the last of which he was also Co-CEO. During these years he managed the mergers and acquisition of several companies as well as the sale of two companies to FORTUNE 500 companies.
Dale holds both Bachelor of Science and MBA degrees from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley as well as having successfully completing executive marketing programs sponsored by Columbia and Harvard Universities. Dale served on the national & local executive council of the Boy Scouts of America for many years.
